This outlines your rights, protections, and what to expect during your upgrade. We’re also including the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme consumer factsheet, published by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA), to give you a broader understanding of how the program works.
