Multi-split systems connect one outdoor unit to two or more indoor units, allowing you to independently heat or cool different rooms. Each room can have its own temperature setting. It’s a brilliant option if your teenager wants their room icy cold, but you want the living room warm and cosy, a multi-split system lets you do both at the same time. No worries if your home has limited roof space for ducts.
Under the VEU scheme, multi split systems are partially rebated. Depending on the size (kW rating) and number of units, your out-of-pocket cost is much lower than retail, often saving you $800–$1,200 or more per system setup.
